Taking a look at the disc cover is enough to make one’s imagination boil. As essay writing and dissertation writing says, the surreal image of the earth and sky swapping their places is quite intriguing. However, luckily, that was not the only surprise that the band prepared.

Red Hot Chili Peppers is a perfect specimen of a group who is not afraid of experiments. However, sometimes these experiments prove rather dangerous for their popularity. Well, time will tell if they are on the right track.

Californication is a one-hit album, what can I say. The first and the foremost, the single Californication made them world famous; yet it is the only piece that could. No matter how sad it is to admit, the rest of the songs either copy the original hit, or prove far less impressive. However, I must admit that this time each song was placed where it belongs to reach the harmony – in contrast to their previous try, One Hot Minute. There was not as much variety in Californication, but it produced much more effect than One Hot Minute – this time Red Hot Chili Peppers created an album that was filled with meaning beyond the words, which fans were definitely fond of. Well, this was a good place to start anew – the fourth album could show the way to the different manner of performing for the group. A tricky piece it was, right?
