The company is Jewels By ParkLane, and they have beautiful jewelry. It takes $5 to start. That’s how I started without using anymore of my money. I used the money from my first couple of appointments to pay for the introductory kit with over $1000 in jewelry.

I have contests every other month or so for my team members. I am not in a position to offer cash incentives, so I offer a business or networking related book or video as “grand” prize and then something smaller for second place. It seems to work.

How well does your product work for Type II diabetics? I have found a lot of companies promote good habits in a pill; however, most of these companies do not take into account that diabetics have to watch carb count, not necessarily calorie count. -

My business partner/boyfriend always gives me motivational books as a reward or audio tapes. I use them often especially when business is slow or if I have had a drawback. You can always look into getting them an ebook on sales/marketing or growing your business etc.
